Welcome to the web site of Camp MACOBA ! For over thirty years now the camp has been one of the best kept secrets
in Madison County, we are so glad you have found us. As Camp Hosts our desire is to let everyone know about this wonderful resource
provided to you by the MBA. Located about two miles outside of downtown New Market Alabama and two turns
off Winchester road on to Hillsboro Drive, we have much to offer. There are two ponds and a large creek, a pavilion that seats
up to 150 people along with showers and bathrooms, several nature trails and a good sized camp ground suited for primitive camping
along with six complete rv hook-up sites. There is also a ten acre multi-purpose field. We encourage church
groups, family reunions, Boy and Girl Scouts or just a couple wanting to get away for the weekend. As partners our
goal is to help provide not only a clean and fun place but a safe one as well. Our desire is to help take this camp
to the next level in the coming years. At Camp MACOBA you can get away without going too far away!
